The music heard during the warm up and isolations was graciously supplied by Safeer. The cut Pyramid Magic is from his CD Mystical Travels which you can find at his website: www.Spirit-Dance.com.  


The choreography was designed by Nicole Whitney (producer / host of News for the Soul) and broadcasting and publishing licenses were obtained for all other music heard on the Shimmy for the Soul Vol. I DVD.  All participants are, by hitting ‘play’, acknowledging that we are all 100% responsible for our own health.  (yay!)
